Our Smart Living Hawaii Real Estate Team not only offers real estate services, but we also believe in helping Hawaii become more sustainable. We started a nonprofit that assists in sustainable awareness, education and advocacy for Hawaii’s people and community. On the real estate front, our sustainable niche focuses on Green Homes & Sustainable Building, Agricultural & Farmland Acquisitions and Affordable Housing. With our commitment to sustainability we have obtained our National Association of Realtors GREEN designation and continue to keep up with all things GREEN that we encounter within our industry. Whether it’s energy efficiency, solar, water conservation, clean air, sustainable building materials, energy rebates or anything else relevant, we want to keep you informed. We also want to encourage a more sustainable Hawaii and if we can provide ways for our clients to be greener while saving money, we want to make that happen. A couple of things we are launching this summer is:

Last but not least is our Honolulu Board of Realtors Monthly Statistics that has just been released. (CLICK HERE) This month is a great indicator of how the COVID Crisis has really affected our market. We are eager to get back to a normal business practice but with all the changes we have encountered and the forced technology integration; we now have more people actively online and using virtual options. Therefore, we do see a new normal evolving and we will continue to keep you updated with the changes.
